This form is used to initiate the user login process after the user account has been verified. Like the new user form; the form below can be inserted into any html page. The login application will confirm that the user account is enabled and that the login information provided is correct. If login fails the user can access a password management application (still under construction) that will allow the user to reset the password to a random string and email the user the new password or allow the user to answer a set of questions that upon correctly answering the old password may be emailed to the user.
